Hello
I'm a licensed psychotherapist and published researcher, in private practice in Connecticut and the developer of Nodal Psychology. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), and completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My clinical background involved treating symptoms related to identity accross multiple levels of care including residential treatment facilities. I operate from the idea that you're not one self fighting your worst impulses, but a system of parts, each doing a job to keep you safe. We get to know them instead of fighting them. Sessions are conversational, not scripted. I'm direct, but the pace is yours. This isn't quick-fix work — you leave with a different relationship to yourself.
Prospective Clients
I help adults untangle patterns shaped by trauma, masking, or survival mode. I specialize in working with late-diagnosed autistic folks and deep feelers. My approach blends IFS, narrative work, and real-talk. I don’t just listen—I help you name what’s happening and figure out what to do with it.
